摘要
针对企业实施统计过程控制(SPCStatisticalProcessControl)所遇到的问题,提出了面向SPC的高精度位移检测系统的总体结构,给出了基于LVDT传感器的系统设计与优化方法,并讨论了系统的组网技术、数据流协议等问题。最后,采用了测量系统分析(MeasurementSystemAnalysis)方法对该检测系统的性能进行了评定。结果表明该系统性能稳定、精度高,并且具有成本低、网络功能与大容量数据存储的优点,有较好的推广价值。
To solve the problems that companies usually face when using statistical process control (SPC) in the quality control. The main framework of high-precision displacement measuring system is proposed. The methods of system design and optimization based on LVDT sensor are given. The technologies of network and data stream protocol of system are also discussed. The performance of the measuring system is evaluated with measurement system analysis (MSA). The result shows that this measuring system has features of stability, high precision, low cost, large volume of data storage and network function, and so on, the system is worth popularizing for application.
