摘要
通过分批培养实验研究了氮、磷、铁、硅、碳、维生素B1、B12等营养因子对球等鞭金藻生长的影响,确定了氮、磷、铁、硅、维生素B1、B12对球等鞭金藻生长的必要性,并通过正交实验得出球等鞭金藻生长的最佳配方,即在天然海水中添加NaNO3-N7.5g/m3,KH2PO4-P0.5g/m3,FeCL3-Fe0.1g/m3,Na2SiO3-Si0.2g/m3,B1100mg/m3、B120.5mg/m3。
The effects of nutrient factors of the culture solution, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, silicon, carbon, vitamins B 1 and B 12 , on the growth of Isochrysis galbana were studied. Nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, silicon, vitamins B 1 and B 12 were defined as essential factors in the culture of Isochrysis galbana. The optimum formulation can be describe using the orthogonal experiment. It is an optimum formulation for the growth of Isochrysis galbana that NaNO 3 -N 7.5g/ m 3 , KH 2 PO 4 -P 0.5 g/m 3 , FeCL 3 -Fe 0.1 g/m 3 , NaSiO 3 -Si 0.2 g/m 3 , B 1 100 mg/m 3 and B 12 0.5 mg/m 3 ar e added to the natural sea water.
