摘要
目的 探讨女性不孕症的主要病因及分布。方法 对2 13例女性不孕症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 在女性不孕的病因中,输卵管因素占2 9.1% ,其中,继发输卵管阻塞性不孕的发生率4 1.5 8% ,明显高于原发不孕组,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ;排卵因素占2 1.13% ;子宫因素占19.0 2 % ;阴道炎症占12 .6 8%等。结论 女性不孕的首要原因是不同程度的输卵管阻塞,其可由生殖道炎症引发,但人工流产、药物流产及盆腔手术创伤也是导致输卵管阻塞的重要原因;排卵障碍居女性不孕病因第2位,由多种因素引发,不容忽视。
Objective:To explore the common causes of female infertility and its distribution. Methods: To analyse the clinic datum of 213 cases of female patients suffered from infertility. Results: Tubal factors accounts for 29.1% of the causes, and the incidence of secondary Fallopian tube occlusive infertility is 41,58%, significantly higher than the group of primary infertility, the difference is distinct (P<0.01) when compared; disorders of ovulation account for 21.13%; factors of uterus account for 19.02% and inflammation of vagina account for 12.68%, and so on. Conclusion: The main cause of female infertility is ovulation at various degrees of fallopian tube, which is often elicited by inflammation of vagina, but artificial abortion, medicine induced abortion and trauma from pelvic surgery are the important reasons as well. Disorder of ovulation elicited by various reasons is the second cause of this disease and shouldn't be ignored.
