碳纤维-水泥基复合材料冻融抗压强度的研究 被引量:4

Research of Compressive Strength of Carbon Fiber Cement-matrix Composites(CFCC) during Freeze-thaw Cycling

摘要 以普通硅酸盐水泥为基体材料,以碳纤维为功能组分,采用压力成型法制备了碳纤维-水泥基导电复合材料。-20℃和70℃冻融循环25次,研究了碳纤维掺量、成型压力及养护方法对冻融性能的影响。结果表明碳纤维质量分数掺量为0.2%时有较好的抗冻融能力,10MPa压力成型冻融前强度较高,冻融后期强度下降幅度较大,蒸养条件下,材料抵抗冻融破坏的能力强于水中养护。 This paper used original Portland cement as matrix and carbon fiber as component to produce carbon fiber cement-based composites by pressing.The effect of carbon fiber fraction,pressures and conserved conditions after repeated temperature-changed was investigated.Experimental results indicate that the composite material has good resistance to temperature when the carbon fiber fraction is at 0.2%.The materials under 10?MPa have high compressive strength before temperature's changing,but it descend greatly after repeated temperature-changed.The materials conserved in steam have higher resistance to temperature than those conserved in water.
