摘要
高校毕业生就业难已成为政府和社会各界高度关注的问题。在影响本科毕业生初次就业搜寻时间的众多因素中,我们发现学校、户口、生源地、专业、劳动合同时限以及除英语口语外的其他能力对初次就业搜寻时间的影响不明显。调查证实了性别、社会关系、女生相貌和社会实践等对初次就业时间有显著影响;特别是,学生健康状况和党员身份对实现快速就业有显著影响。对此,我们对学生、学校和政府部门提出了有关建议。
The employment of college graduates has attracted more and more government and social attention. In order to demonstrate the factors that affect graduates' initial job searching time, we conduct a survey in the two universities of Shanghai: Hehai University and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. By examining the effects on initial job searching time of graduates for the sample, we found many factors contributing to this effect as an efficient signal. It is suggested that the gender, social relationship, social practice, appearance of female, especially healthiness and Party membership are statistically significant. Finally, the paper concludes some suggestions.
