摘要
使用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)对某厂的中段废水进行处理。初步研究了处理过程中进水方式、曝气量、进水容积负荷、处理周期等影响因素,并对各参数进行了优化。实验结果表明,SBBR工艺对中段废水进行处理时,CODCr去除率达75.3%,BOD5去除率达76.6%。经SBBR处理后出水再混凝处理后,出水达到DB44/26—2001的二级排放标准。
In the paper, sequencing biofilm batch reactor is used to treat the effluent from washing/screening/bleaching of a paper mill. Some factors influencing the treatment process of SBBR are studied, which include the influent ways, ventilation quantity and volume load of influent. Results indicate that COD_~Cr removal rate can reach 75.3% and BOD_5 removal rate can reach 76.6%. After flocculation, the effluent can meet the requirement of the second discharge standard of DB 4426-2001.
