摘要
电-机转换元件是电液控制系统中不可缺少的部分,它将电信号转换为机械信号-力(力矩)或位移。这里研究了用于液压控制系统中的超高速电磁比例阀的电磁铁的设计,利用有限元方法进行比例电磁铁磁场的研究,确定并优化了比例阀电磁铁的结构参数。
Electric - machine conversion component is indispensable of the control system of the electric liquid. It transforms the electric signal into mechanical mete - force(moment) and displacement. It researchs the design of the electromagnet on the hyperploids high speed proportion valve.. The finite element method is used to research the magnetic field of proportione valve, and its numerical results offer the thereunder to design and optimize the structure of the proportion valve.
