摘要
对使用不同电解液的电池的初始充放电效率、内阻、循环性能、电压平台、低温性能等进行了测试分析。实验表明:电解液[1mol/LLiPF6/EC+DMC+EMC(体积比1∶1∶1)+添加剂(国产)]表现出优异的循环性能,第300次循环时,容量保持率达到90%,3 6V电压平台率为77 1%;韩国生产的电解液表现出优异的低温性能,在-20℃下的1C放电容量是常温1C放电容量的77%,在-30℃下的0 5C放电容量是常温0 5C容量的63%。
The initial efficiency of discharge-charge, resistance, cycle performance, voltage platform and low temperature performance of Li-ion batteries with different electrolyte was studied. The experiment indicated, the electrolyte showed excellent cycle performance.After 300 cycles, the capacity still retained about 90% and voltage retentive rate (3.6 V) retained about 77.1%.Electrolyte(Korea made) showed excellent low (temperature) performance, 1 C discharge capacity at -20 ℃ was 77% of initial 1 C discharge capacity at normal temperature,0.5 C discharge capacity at -30 ℃ was 63% of initial 0.5 C discharge capacity at normal temperature.
