摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法(Headspacechromatography)测定PS、AS和ABS塑料树脂中残留单体和挥发性组分。用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂,使用毛细管色谱柱,以内标法定量。当采用火焰离子检测器(FID),测定总残留单体和挥发性组分时,丙烯腈和苯乙烯的最低检测限可达1mg kg和5mg kg;当采用热离子氮 磷检测器(TSD),专测痕量的丙烯腈单体时,最低检测限可达0.1mg kg。本方法可靠实用,技术上具有先进性。
An analytical method was developed for the determination of the residual monomer and volatile components in PS、AS and ABS plastic resin by headspace gas chromatography. In this method dimethylformamide (DMF) is used as the solvent, and a elastic quartz capillary column is used to separate various components. The internal standard calibration method is used for the quantitative calculation. If the instrument is equipped with a FID detector, it can determine all of the residual monomers and volatile components, and the detection limit of the method can reach 1 mg/kg for acrylonitrile and even less than 5 mg/kg for styrene. If the instrument is equipped with a TSD detector, it can specially determine acrylonitrile, and the detection limit is 0.1 mg/kg. Compared with the traditional gas chromatography, this analytical method is more reliable, practical and more advanced in technology.
