摘要 介绍了外高桥900MW锅炉空气预热器在调试阶段频繁故障,严重威胁机组安全运行的情况,分析了故障原因。由于设计不当,导致空气预热器转子和围带的过应力且无法改回传统的正确设计。经深入研究,专门设计了围带与转子的半柔性悬挂式连接结构,能够减少转子和围带的不均匀热膨胀产生的围带过应力,彻底解决了这一问题。 Faults frequently incurred by Waigaoqiao 900 MW Boiler's air preheater, which seriously impaired the set's safety of operation, is being described and the causes of their occurrence analyzed. The preheater's rotor and shroud was found to be overstressed but it was impossible to restore them to the conventional construction. After some pondering, a semi-flexible suspended structure was designed for connecting the shroud with the rotor, which can prevent local overstressing of the shroud, caused by unever heat expansion of rotor and shroud, and herewith finally solving the problem.
