摘要
本文对当前证券行业信息化建设出现的诸如数据集中、管理信息化等问题产生的原因进行了讨论,指出实现以数据集中为基础的交易集中和管理集中,是证券行业信息化建设的未来走势,也是信息化的发展规律和中国的现实所决定的必然果结果。
This paper discusses the causes of the problems that have risen in the informationalized construction of the securities trade in China, such as data concentration, informationalized management,etc. Based on the discussion, the paper concludes that trade concentration and management concentration, based on the data concentration, show the future trend in the informationalized construction of the securities trade, and that they also represent the rule of information development and are the natural result of the Chinese reality.
