“法律效果与社会效果的统一”这一司法政策的出台是伴随着中国司法改革的深入而日渐成熟的,从法律文化的视角对该项司法政策进行评述,就会发现,该政策既有存在的深厚文化土壤,又具有存在的客观必要性,是在理想与现实中寻求平衡的司法选择。
As a juridical policy ,The Unity of Legal Effect and Social Effect has gradually mature with the development of chinese juridical reforming ,Review this juridical policy from the angle of legal culture, we will find that the policy has rich culture soil as well as objective necessity of existence ,is a juridical choice while looking for the balance between ideal and reality.
