小儿对乙酰氨基酚口腔速溶片的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的研制小儿对乙酰氨基酚口腔速溶片,以提高小儿服用对乙酰氨基酚的依从性和口腔溶出度。方法以直接压片法制备,并测定其硬度、体外溶出度。结果小儿对乙酰氨基酚口腔速溶片在2min时的体外溶出度已超过对乙酰氨基酚普通片在30min时的溶出度,其溶出速率是普通片的15倍以上。结论制备的小儿对乙酰氨基酚口腔速溶片比普通片的体外溶出速率快。
