综合性医院住院患者912例贫血病因分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨综合性医院贫血的发生率和可能的发病原因.方法对2000-01～2004-02浙江大学第二医院4 198例住院患者中912例贫血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果住院患者贫血的发生率达21.72%,其中轻中度贫血占96.71%,且有贫血症状的患者仅占13.71%,而出院有贫血诊断的仅占1.10%.6.36%贫血原发于血液系统疾病,89.74%贫血继发于其它系统疾病,其中继发于肿瘤、慢性感染、风湿性疾病的慢性病贫血占53.62%,继发于失血性疾病占27.85 %,其次为慢性系统性疾病等.结论贫血存在于临床各系统疾病中,贫血漏诊率高,应引起各科医生的高度重视.
