摘要
目的了解我省开展放射治疗单位的放射卫生管理状况。方法填表、听取汇报、查阅资料和现场检查相结合,随机抽检全省63个放射治疗单位。结果警示标志设置率为98.41%,放射工作人员持证率为89.18%,放射工作人员个人剂量计佩带率90.25%,体检率为85.64%,放射工作卫生档案和放射工作健康监护档案建档率为98.41%,剂量校准制度执行率为60.32%。结论放射治疗单位管理状况总体上令人满意,但治疗时辐射剂量校准方面还存在比较明显不足,需要加强管理。
Objective To investigate and analyze the present situation of radiation health management of radiotherapy units in Henan province.Methods 63 radiotherapy units in Henan province were respected randomly by filling vacancies,hearing reports from the units,consulting data to datum and spot surveying.Results The rate of caution symbol setting was 98.41%,the rate of radiation worker card-carries is 89.18%,the rate of personal dosimeter-carries was 90.25%,the rate of medical examination was 85.64%,the rate of radiation health management and health guardianship archives was 98.41%,the rate of dosage adjusting system application is 60.32%.Conclusion The present situation of radiation health management of radiotherapy units was good,it was not perfect in radiance dose adjusting while curing and it was necessary to enhance their management.
