摘要
以硅藻土为原料,对 Na_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃配合料进行了不同时间、温度下的水热处理,用 X 射线衍射、差热分析、红外光谱等分析了水热处理产物。结果表明,在水热处理过程中生成了硅酸盐或硼酸盐化合物,这是降低熔制温度和缩短熔制时间的主要原因,将水热处理过的玻璃配合料熔制成玻璃,测定其结构、密度、膨胀系数、弹性模量、电阻率;还同未经水热处理的玻璃配合料和一般化学试剂为原料熔制玻璃,测量玻璃的结构、性能以作比较。结果表明,前者电阻率降低,膨胀系数上升,密度、弹性模量增加,转变温度、软化温度提高。
In this work the Na_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2 glass batch with diatomite as rawmaterial was treated under hydrothermal conditions at different temperature for differenttime intervals.The change of the glass batch after hydrothermal treatment was analyzedby using X-ray diffraction,DTA and infrared spetroscopy.These results show thatduring hydrothermal treatment,different silicates and borates can be formed and they arethe primary factor for lowering glass melting temperature and shortening meltingtime.The structure and some physical properties,such as density,thermal expansioncoefficient,elastic modulus,electric resistivity of glasses made from the treated anduntreated glass batch as well as from commonly used chemicals,were measured.The results obtained show that the glass made from the glass batch treated underhydrothermal conditions has lower electric resistivity,higher thermal expansioncoefficient,density,elastic modulus,transformation temperature and softeningtemperature.
