摘要
提出从空间谱域分布的角度定性评价衍射层析成像特性,通过分析成像系统对应的空间谱域分布的面积和形状即可判断系统结构的优劣,进而衡量成像质量.基于空间谱域分析的理论基础,导出理想情况下衍射层析成像系统采用转角、频率扫描数据采集方式对应的空间谱域分布,分析传输和反射两种工作模式的成像特性,然后考虑实际情况下有限孔径的影响,并将该方法推广应用于合成孔径雷达成像.理论和数值结果表明,该方法简单、直观、物理概念明晰,利于选择优化成像系统结构,且可推广应用于一般性的成像系统.
Analysis of the spatial spectral coverage was presented for evaluating the imaging characteristic of diffraction tomography. Based on the theoretical principle of spatial spectral-domain analysis, the spatial spectral coverage is derived for both transmission and reflection modes of diffraction tomographic imaging systems using frequency and angular diversity techniques. Then data acquisition and imaging quality can be judged from the area and shape of the spatial spectral coverage. The effect of finite aperture in practice is taken into account. The approach is also extended to synthetic aperture radar imaging. The theoretical and numerical results show this analysis is simple and applicable to choosing and optimizing the structure of imaging systems. The method has a potential for applications in other imaging systems.
