血管紧张素转换酶2基因在心血管系统中的作用

摘要 新近发现的血管紧张素转换酶2是肾素血管紧张素系统中一种结构与血管紧张素转换酶相似的酶,主要降解血管紧张素Ⅱ为血管紧张素1-7。血管紧张素转换酶2的生理和病理生理作用目前还不十分清楚,可能在心脏功能和血压的调节作用方面发挥重要作用。 Recently,the classical view of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS)has been challenged by the discovery of the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2).ACE2 is a novel homologue of ACE.It degrades Ang II to the biologically active peptide,Ang 1-7.The importance of ACE2 in normal physiology and pathophysiological states is largely unknown.ACE2 might act in a counter-regulatory manner to ACE,modulating the balance between vasoconstrictors and vasodilators within the heart,and playing a significant role in regulating cardiovascular function.
