摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定止痒霜中氯霉素、马来酸氯苯那敏和盐酸达克罗宁含量.方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm),甲醇-0.02 mol*L-1磷酸二氢钾(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长264 nm.结果:氯霉素、马来酸氯苯那敏和盐酸达克罗宁的线性范围分别为20～120 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定止痒霜中氯霉素、马来酸氯苯那敏和盐酸达克罗宁含量.方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm),甲醇-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长264 nm.结果:氯霉素、马来酸氯苯那敏和盐酸达克罗宁的线性范围分别为20～120 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9), 16～160 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 0) , 44.4～444 mg·L-l (r=0.999 2);加样平均回收率分别为99.6%, 99.9%,100.3%,RSD分别为1.1%,0.9%,1.5%.结论:高效液相色谱(HPLC)法可用于本制剂的含量测定控制,方法简便,结果准确.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of chloramphenicol ,chlorphenamine and dyclonine in ilcream.METHODS ZORBAX SB-C_ 18 column was used as stationaly phase with methanol -0.02 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(70∶30) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 264 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of cluoramphenicol,chlorphenamine and dyclonine were 20- 120 mg·L -1 (r= 0.999 9),16- 160 mg·L -1 (r= 0.999 0) and 44.4- 444 mg·L -1 (r= 0.999 2),respectively;the average recpoveries were 99.6%(RSD= 1.1%), 99.9%(RSD= 0.9%) and 100.3%(RSD= 1.5%).CONCLUSION This method is found to be simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control.
