摘要
强直性脊柱炎(ankylosingspondylitis,AS)至今病因不明,缺乏特异的实验室指标,放射学检查是重要诊断方法之一。本文综述了近年来各种影像手段在AS不同病程中的表现和临床应用;并着重介绍X线。
The etiology of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) remains unclear without specific laboratory index. Radiographic examination is very important to diagnose and differentiate AS. In this article we review the features of the different progressive courses of AS on kinds of imaging and their clinical application. Radiological and MRI scoring system are reviewed.
