光收发模块的性能参数测试是检验成品的重要工序。介绍了光模块初测和终测的方法步骤,给出了155M光模块初测阶段的光功率、消光比、光眼图的测试结果和分析及终测阶段的光功率、灵敏度的测试结果和分析。
The function parameters test of Transceiver is important work preface that examines the finished product. The method step that introducing in Transceiver beginning and ending test,result and analysis of 155 M Transceiver optical power、extinction ratio、eye diagram in beginning test, optical power、sensitivity in ending test.
