摘要
从设计、科研、运行、制造、材料等多方面分析了近年来影响送电网安全运行的风偏放电、雷击、OPGW断股等主要故障的原因、机理及影响因素。为增强电网抵御自然灾害及外因影响的能力,减少送电网的故障概率,针对上述故障应采取的措施是:注意线路相关设计参数的合理选择,线路微气候区气象资料的收集,采用V型串悬挂;增强绝缘水平,加装避雷线、线路避雷器,降低接地电阻,减小导线保护角;采用铝包钢线,安装雷击放电尖等。
The reason, mechanism and influencing factor faults on transmission such as discharge by wind, lightning, and broken OPGW are analyzed from view of design, research, operation manufacture and material etc. In order to fault rate the following measures have to be applied: selecting reasonable design parameters, collecting the relative meteorological information, using V type of insulator string, installing shielding wire, reducing grounding resistance, decreasing protection angle of conductor and installing lightning strike discharge needle.
