摘要
DL5180—2003《水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准》于2003年6月开始实施。为此,对该标准执行中存在较多分歧的一些问题进行了探讨,提出根据新标准适时调整在建工程的工程等别和建筑物级别以利于优化设计,对扩机工程和分期建设工程的工程等级划分、大型水电站的挡水和泄水建筑物级别的确定、抽水蓄能电站大坝的洪水设计标准等进行了分析。
DL5180-2003 'Classification & design safety standard of hydropower projects' was carried into execution in June of 2003. This paper discusses some problems that have more differences in the standard execution and presents the point that we should properly adjust the project scale and structure grade of the project under construction according to the new standard in order to upgrade the design; analyzes the project classification of the project extension and project to be constructed in phases, and classification of large scale hydropower station's water retaining and water release structure, and flood control design standard of the dam of pumped storage power stations.
