摘要
目的:探讨女性生殖器官支原体感染治疗的最佳方法。方法:将98 例患者随机分为治疗组(52 例)和对照组(46 例)。治疗组每天静脉点滴乳糖酸阿奇霉素,同时每日清水冲洗阴道后放置阿希米,6 d1 个疗程。对照组静脉用药同治疗组,同时每日清水冲洗阴道,6d1个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是96.15%、82.60%,两组比较有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论: 阿奇霉素配伍阿希米治疗女性生殖器官支原体感染优于单一静脉用药。
Objective: To study the best method of treament for infections of mycoplasmas in female genital organ. Methods: 98 patient were divided into the treatment group (52 patients)and the control group (46 patients). The treatment group received azithromycin by intravenous infusion every day, and asimi was put in the vigina after the vagina was flushed with clean water,with a treatment course of 6 days. The control group received veinal treatment identified with the treatment group, the vagina was flushed with clean water every day at the same time, with a treatment course of 6 days. Results: Total effective rate was 96.15% in the treatment group and 82.60% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant in the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion:Azithromycin united asimi treatment for infections of mycoplasmas in female genital organ was better than single intravenous infusion.
