摘要
为了衡量制造企业信息化的总体水平,提出了制造企业综合信息竞争力的概念,建立了制造企业信息化指标体系。根据所建立的测度模型,用回归、德尔菲法等数学统计方法对综合信息竞争力进行了权重计算。结果表明:综合评价值越高,该制造企业的综合信息竞争力越强;指标的权重越大,该指标对企业信息化建设影响越大。
In order to measure the general informatization level of manufacturing enterprises,a new concept of manufacturing enterprise integrated information competitive power(MIICP) was put forward, and an informatization index system of manufacturing enterprises was established. According to the proposed measure model,the mathematical and statistical methods such as regresion, Delphi,etc. were used to calculate the weights of MIICP. The results show that the higher the integrated evaluation, the stronger of MIICP;the bigger the index weight,the more influential it is in the informatization construction.
