摘要
经济全球化的背景下,上海作为中国对外开放的前沿阵地,和国际的经济、社会、文化交流日益密切。由于越来越多的海外人士在上海工作和生活,上海国际社区的建设也方兴未艾。本文首先界定和辨析了国际社区的概念,阐述了上海国际社区的需求现状。然后以田野调研数据作为支撑,通过对影响海外人士选择国际社区的不同因素的分析,研究了国际社区的需求特点。最后文章对国际社区规划和建设的基本原则进行了初步的探讨。
Against the context of process of eco- nomic globalization, the economic, social, and cultural communication between Shanghai and global city are becoming more and more osculation. More and more foreignersw ork and live in Shanghai. So the international commu- nity develops very quickly. This paper begins from the definition of international community, and expounds the actuality of international community. Then the paper analyzes the inter- national community interior and exterior aspects, the inhabit way under the different culture, and the price of residence. At last the paper discusses the planning principleso f inter- national community.
