工作场所中巴豆醛的气相色谱测定方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:HP-1毛细管柱分离、氢火焰检测器检测、气相色谱法直接测定工作场所中巴豆醛,探索检测条件,进行方法学研究.方法:建立工作场所中巴豆醛的气相色谱测定方法,为制订标准检验方法提供依据.结果:该方法最低检测浓度:乙醛 1.08 mg/m3,巴豆醛 0.54 mg/m3;总不确定度为 8.58%;相对标准偏差在 2.71%~9.31%之间;平均回收率达 97.2%~104%.结论:该方法简单、灵敏、适用,重现性好,结果令人满意. Objective:In order to establish the method of detecting Trans-2-batenal with Gas-chromatoraphy in the air of workplace and offer basis to tandard detecting method.Methods:HP-I,FID were selected,Gan-chromatography was used in this experiment,we probed the condition and study on the method in the experiment.Results:The lowest detecting concentration of Acetaldehyde was 1.08 mg/m 3,Trans-2-batenal was 0.54 mg/m 3,the total uncertainty was 8.58%,The relative standerd deviation(RSD%)was found tobd in the range of 2.71%~9.31%,the average recovery percent in the range of 97.2%~104%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,properandrepeats well.The results are satisfied.
