摘要
编辑队伍的素质关系到新闻出版事业的发展。编辑道德选择能力是编辑道德实践活动的重要内容。阐明编辑道德行为选择的内涵 ,并分析编辑道德行为选择的心理机制和社会机制 ,强调编辑的职业道德建设应从心理角度入手 ,培养编辑科学的世界观和方法论 ,编辑自身也应树立高度的责任感 ,在实践中自觉地培养道德选择能力。
Editorial quality is of great importance to the development of the press circles. The selection ability of editorial moral behaviors is the key content of editorial moral practice. This paper analyses the connotation of the selection of editorial moral behaviors and its psychological and social mechanism. Editorial professional morality construction must begin with psychological mechanism and cultivate scientific world outlook and methodology. Editors themselves also must create high consciousness of responsibility and voluntarily cultivate selection ability of moral behaviors.
