摘要
随着聚合物注入量的增加,聚合物固体颗粒将沉积在孔隙中,这些附着物将会干扰聚合物的继续注入。因此研制了RES-2型聚合物解堵剂,应用研究的成果进行了现场试验,截至2004年7月底,应用解堵剂12t,累积施工4井次,成功4井次,施工工艺成功率100%。平均单井增注2 400m3,平均单井增注聚合物母液1 300m3,对应油井增油420t,取得了较好的经济效益。同时挤注解堵剂解堵后,平均降低注聚压力0 8MPa。
Injecting polymer is a common EOR technology for oilfield. With the increasement of injected polymer, more polymer solid particle deposit among the holes. These adhesive particle will interfere with the continuation of polymer injection. So we developed RES-2 model polymer plugging releasing agent and carried on the field test. By the end of July in 2004, 12 tons agent was used, 4 wells was implemented. 4 wells succeed, the success rate is 100%. Average single well injection increased by 2 400 m3, polymer mother liquor of single well injection increased by 1300 m3 on average, corresponding oil production increased by 420 tons. Better economic benefits have gotten. After injecting releasing agent,injecting pressure reduced 0. 8 MPa equally.
