摘要
文章介绍了金华电业局SCADA/PAS一体化集成的技术路线和实现原理。同时,为了更好的解决电力企业各应用系统孤岛林立,信息共享和互操作性差的问题,该文提出了采用IT行业的最新技术,遵循国际标准,建立一个基于IEC61970标准的EMS异构数据平台,实现EMS在应用级别上的开放,该项研究成果已实际应用于金华电网。
This paper analyses the disadvantages resulting from the separation of two systems,namely SCADA and PAS,introduces the technologies and theories governing the integration of SCADA/PAS in Jinghua power system.Meanwhile,to deal with the series problem like the isolation of the different applyˉing systems,the inability of sharing information and the lack of cooperation,this thesis suggests to set up a EMS isomerous data platform based on the standard IEC61970,using the latest technology in IT indusˉtry,and following the international standard.Thus the opening of EMS in apply level can be achieved.This research has been applied in Jinghua power system and achieved the desired effect.
