摘要
改革开放以来,我国企业的技术创新能力有所提高,但仍体现出明显的弱质性。其原因在于我国实行技术性后发优势过程中,技术性路径依赖的存在,导致我国企业过分依赖国外技术;而制度性路径依赖的存在致使企业难以成为市场主体,抑制了企业进行研发的动机。要提高我国企业的技术创新能力,就需要一方面继续引进国外先进技术,另一方面要加强自我创新能力的培养。
Since the reformation, the enterprises in our country have made some progress in innovation. But they still have great weakness. Because of the path-depending of technology, the enterprises rely on the technology from the foreign country. By reason of the path-depending of institution, they can't become the real role of the market. In order to strengthen the capability of the enterprises, we must insist on learning the advanced technology and reinforce ability of the self-innovation.
