摘要
皮肌炎是一种以皮肤表现为特征的特发性炎症性肌病.无肌病性皮肌炎(amyopathic dermatomyositis,ADM)可能是皮肌炎的一个亚型,以典型的皮疹但无明显的肌肉异常为特征.本文报道无肌病性皮肌炎合并肿瘤3例,以提高对ADM的认识.
