摘要
主要阐述了肝素的结构和性能,以及抗凝血生物材料不同方式的肝素化方法———离子键合法、共价键合法和物理结合法。同时,对各种方法进行了比较和评述。另外,对肝素化聚合物的研究进展,以及肝素化聚合物的抗凝血机理进行了扼要综述。
The structure and properties of heparin are mainly discussed,including different heparin-coated techniques,i.e.,ionically bonded method,covalently bonded method and physically entrapped method.Other different heparin-coated techniques are compared and evaluated.In addition,the research advances of heparinized polymer,the antithrombogenic mechanism of neparinized polymer are briefly reviewed..
