摘要
介绍了中国能源面临的日益严峻形势和挑战。提出了未来10年中国炼油企业能量利用的策略,包括优化调整能源结构,扩大装置规模和热联合,氢元素平衡和资源与能源的协同优化,热电联产和热集成技术应用,以及从能源角度优化炼油厂布局等。对现有炼油厂,提出了转变观念改进管理,加强基础工作,通过优化运行和管理挖掘巨大节能潜力,以及利用各种机会进行先进节能技术改造等四项对策。
The severe situation and challenge facing China energy source are expounded. The strategies for energy utilization in domestic oil refining enterprises future for 10 years have been proposed as follows: optimizing energy source structure, enlarging unit scale and the heat integration between units, making a coordina-tive optimization of hydrogen balance and resource and energy source, appling co - generation and integration technology, and optimizing refinery layout in the light of energy source. In addition, suggestions for existing refineries such as improving management, strengthening the basic work, optimizing unit operation and adopting advanced energy conservation technologies have been put forward.
