影响甘蓝下胚轴原生质体转化的因素 被引量:4

摘要 PEG法介导甘蓝原生质体转化时以在转化后48h瞬间表达强度最高;当转化介质为15mmol/L的Ca^(2+)离子,加入CT-DNA、质粒DNA各50μg,PEG终浓度为12%,处理30min,转化后采用逐步稀释法时,转化效率最高。
