摘要
中国蔬菜科技发展源远流长,距今一千四百多年的《齐民要术》中记载了大量关于蔬菜栽培、管理、遗传育种等方面的科学技术,其中的科学思想和技术经验值得今人发掘与研究。《齐民要术》中的蔬菜科技体系对传统社会蔬菜生产及科技发展具有重要影响,对现代蔬菜科技进步和蔬菜生产的可持续发展也有所启示。
Vegetable science in China is of long standing. Many technologies of vegetable gardening, product managing, genetics and breeding are recorded in Qi Min Yao Shu written more than 1400 years ago. There are many scientific ideas and technologies, experience or practices in this book worth exploring. The article reviews vegetable science and technology system in this book, and discusses its impacts on vegetable production in the Chinese traditional society in the hope of deriving some inspirations for the sustainable development of vegetable production in the contemporary epoch.
