摘要
报道了一种稳定的白色有机薄膜电致发光器件。电流效率6cd/A,在电流密度20mA/cm2驱动下,亮度为1 026cd/m2;最高亮度21 200cd/m2,色度(x=0. 32,y=0. 40 )。该器件具有较平稳的效率电流关系,即具有弱的电流荧光猝灭。初始亮度100cd/m2 下, 半亮度寿命达22 245h。
Three kinds of white organic light emitting devices (WOLED) were constructed: Cell-S, with a single-doped red dye in the light emitting layer(EML); Cell-D, with both red and blue dyes doped in a single EML(double-doped); Cell-T, with red and blue dyes doped in one EML and a green dye in another layer(triple-doped ).The structure of these devices are as follows: Cell-S: CuPc(12 nm)/NPB(40 nm)/ADN∶DCJTB(50 nm)/Alq 3(12 nm)/LiF(4 nm)/Al; Cell-D: CuPc(12 nm)/NPB(40 nm)/ADN∶DCJTB∶TBPe(50 nm)/Alq 3(12 nm)/LiF(4 nm)/Al; Cell-T: CuPc(12 nm)/NPB(40 nm)/ADN∶DCJTB∶TBPe(50 nm)/Alq 3∶C545(12 nm)/LiF(4 nm)/Al. Experimentals indicate that the Cell-T and Cell-D show much higher luminance and efficiency than that of Cell-S .The Cell-T achieves a current efficiency of 6 cd/A and a power efficiency 3.11 lm/W, which is twice that of Cell-S, 1 026 cd/m 2 at driving current 20 mA/cm 2 and maximum luminance 21 200 cd/m 2, In addition, it exhibits a flat cd/A vs. current density response, indicating a weak current induced fluorescence quenching. At the driving current 12 mA/cm 2, at the initial luminance of 575 cd/m 2, the half life is over 3 862 h for Cell-T, for an initial luminance of 100 cd/m 2, the half life (t/2) is projected to be 22 245 h with a little change of EL spectrum before and after aging.
