摘要
以新的课程理念为指导,提出并实施了在健美操教学中运用“固定小团体分层递进”教学模式的实验研究,结果分析表明:“固定小团体分层递进”教学模式对培养学生个性化的学习环境、团队精神、学习兴趣等方面有明显效果。
Guiding with new curriculum ideal, this paper analyzes the teaching model of “with regular team through increasing progressively by stage” in aerobics teaching. The result shows: this teaching model has obvious advantage to students of their individuality cultivation, teamwork soul and study interesting.
