摘要
网络计算机(NetworkComputer,NC)是一种基于网络计算环境的信息访问处理终端设备。文章介绍了一个可以在NC机上运行的远程视频监控系统终端软件的设计与实现。系统采用视频压缩卡采集并压缩图像,通过Internet传输数据,基于GTK开发终端用户界面,系统资源占用较小、界面友好。文中还介绍了采用GTK实现用户界面过程中所解决的技术难点。
Network Computer is an information-visited processing terminal unit based on the network compute environment.This paper introduces the design and realization of a remote Video Surveillance Systems who can run in Network Computer.The system adopts video compress card to capture and compress image,transfers data by Internet,and explores terminal user-interface based on GTK.It engrosses the less system resource and has friendly interface.In addition,the paper also describes some technical tips in the course of realizing user-interface by GTK.
