摘要
在生产实践中,Al- Pb- 钢背轴瓦材料连铸工艺的确定依赖于经验,靠调试时不断调整获得经验,这种方法不能获得综合性能较优的轴瓦材料。介绍了一种借助于试验数据,通过Matlab环境下神经网络模拟,利用遗传算法实现连铸工艺优化,确定工艺参数为拉铸速度2 4.0mm/s,冷却水流量3 5 0mL/s,轧制纯铝层厚度0 .2 4mm ,合金层厚度4.7mm ,所得轴瓦材料剪切强度为10 0MPa左右,抗拉强度为60MPa ,伸长率为17.2 % ,满足了使用要求。
The determination of processing parameters for Al-Pb-steel bearing materials in continuous casting depending on the experience can be gotten by taking a series of trials in practical production,which is difficult to get bearing materials with good comprehensive performance.An optimization method to continuous casting for the bearing materials was put forward by GA based on matlab artificial neural network based on the data from the experience.
