摘要
目的:探讨经腹超声(TAS)、经阴道超声(TVS)显像对异位妊娠(EP)的诊断、鉴别诊断在临床应用中价值。方法:应用经腹结合经阴道超声显像诊断,均经手术及病理证实。结果:超声显像诊断EP4 3例中,宫外实性混合性包块伴积液的4 1例(占95 % ) ,其中2例为重复异位妊娠(Repcated Ectopic Pregnancy,REP) ,3例为未破裂型;宫角妊娠1例,宫颈妊娠1例。经手术及病理证实,2例为黄体破裂,诊断符合率为95 %。结论:EP超声图像特征性强,TAS结合TVS超声检查可提高EP的诊断符合率,为临床及早发现病变,选择治疗方法,动态随访、判断疗效的重要依据。
Objective Explore the value of Imaging o f transabdominal sonograph(TAS)and ttransvaginal Sonograph (TVS)indiagnosis and differential diagnosis ectopic pregnancy inclinicalpractice.Methods Patient were diagnosised by imaging of TAS and TVS,and affirmed by operation and post-operative pathology.Results Senog raph imaging diagnosis EP amon g the 43 cases,41 cases were solid masses outside of the uterine(95 %),2 cases were repeated ectopic pregnancy,3 cases were unrupured ect opic pregnancy:One was angularpregnancy.One was cervical pregnancy.by operati on and post-operative pathology.2 cases of them were rupure of corpus luteum.Th e correct diagnosis rate was 95 %. Conclusion Ultrasonography imaging of ectopic pregnancy was specif ic.Ul trasonography examine of TVS combined with TAS can advanced the correct diagnosi s r ate of ectopicpregnancy.It is important gist that early find lesions,choice the rapy measure,dynamic folow-up observe,evaluatetherapeutic effect.
