摘要
合成了N-双取代亚甲基磷酸壳聚糖,并且对其进行了表征。通过戊二醛交联的方法将N- 双取代亚甲基磷酸壳聚糖固定在壳聚糖薄膜表面。对接枝前后膜表面的结构性能和血液相容性进行表征,结果显示N -双取代亚甲基磷酸壳聚糖被有效地固定在壳聚糖膜表面,并且能够有效地抑制血小板在壳聚糖膜表面的粘附。
Based on tests in vitro for an improvement of the blood compatibility of chitosan films by grafting N-methyle ne phosphonic chitosan (MPCS),we prepared a novel biocompatible film. The immobi lization was accomplished by chemical grafting using glutaraldehyde.The grafted sample films were verified by ATR-FTIR,ESCA and the water contact angle measure ments.The blood compatibility of the MPCS grafted chitosan films was evaluated b y platelet rich plasma(PRP)contacting experiments using blank chitosan film as t he control.It demonstrated that blood compatibility of the MPCS grafted surfaces is better than that of the blank chitosan.These results suggested that the wate r soluble chitosan derivates developed here has the potential of serving as a ne w biomaterial in medical use.
