充分认识土地利用与交通需求的互动关系,解决城市交通问题。规划方面:编制相关的交通专项规划,加强外围交通设施的建设以吸引高要求人群外迁,大力推行公交导向发展模式。管理措施:对中心城区进行交通需求管理,建立、完善交通影响评估制度,推动管理机制建设。
Full understanding of the interactive rela- tionship between land utilization and transportation need is necessary for the settlement of the urban transportation problem.As far as planning is con- cerned,it is necessary to work out related special transportation planning and strengthen the con- struction of the transportation facilities in the pe- riphery of the city so as to attract those with high requirement to move outwards.The public trans- port-guided development pattern is highly promoted. As far as management measure is concerned,it is necessary to make efforts to perform the manage- ment of the needs of transportation capacity of the central district and establish and perfect the sys- tem of transportation impact and carry out system construction.
