摘要
报道了对国产废书刊纸洗涤法脱墨的实验研究。通过正交实验确定NaOH、Na2SiO3、MgSO4、H2O2、Na2CO3以及高岭土的最佳用量,使脱墨后的废纸各项指标达到了使用要求:白度为69.9%(ISO)、撕裂指数为6.35mN·m2/g、裂断长为3.54km、耐折度为8次、耐破度为125kPa。
This paper reports the investigation for the deink of domestic waste book paper. The suitable dosage of NaOH, Na_2SiO_3, MgSO_4, H_2O_2, Na_2CO_3, and Kaolin, respectively, is determined via orthogonal experiments. The deink pulp achieves the following indexes up to standard: brightness, 69.9%ISO; tear index, 6.35?mN·m^2/g; break length, 3.54?km; folding sustainable times, 8; burst endurance index 125?kPa.
