摘要
目的探讨左侧结肠癌急性梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合的安全性。方法回顾性分析21例左侧结肠癌并发肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合病人的临床资料。结果21例中根治性切除19例,姑息性切除2例,均Ⅰ期切除吻合,无吻合口漏发生,切口感染2例。结论严格掌握好适应证,充分的术前准备,术中必要的清洗肠腔,仔细施行肠吻合,合理应用抗生素,全身的营养支持,梗阻性左侧结肠癌行Ⅰ期切除吻合是安全可靠的。
Objeetive To investigate the safety of one-stage resection and anastomosis in treating left-colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases with left-colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction undergoing one-stage anastomosis from 1996 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 19 cases of radical excision and 2 cases of palliative excision were one-stage resection and anastomosis. No anastomotic leakage occurred. Infection of incisional wound occurred to 2 patients. Conclusions One-stage anastomsis in left-colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction is feasible and safe procedure. But the indications must be controlled strictly. This is must that the fully preoperative preparation. the clean of necessity bowel in operation. the careful bowel fitted together. proper application of antibiotic and the fully nutritional intervention[
