摘要
目的:介绍联合使用医用胶和可吸收生物材料缝线进行处女膜修补术的方法和经验。方法:在处女膜近破裂口一侧的内缘和对侧的外缘各分离出一组织瓣,一层做衬里,一层做覆盖,翻转瓦合重叠后用可吸收生物材料缝线间断缝合,再外涂医用粘涂ZT胶。结果:采用此方法修补处女膜32例,22例愈合良好,效果满意。结论:本方法简便易行,效果确切,可作为处女膜修补的理想方法。
Objective To introduce a method and the experience of maidenhead repair with the use of medical glue and absorbable sutures. Methods Cutting on each side of the cleft of maidenhead, one from the inside edge and another from the outside edge, two tissue flaps can be made. The two flaps were overlapped each other and interruptedly sutured with absorbable sutures, one liner and one surface layer. Then conglutinate with medical glue. Results 32 cases of maidenhead were by this method with the result of 22 cases of healed up well and satisfied. Conclusion This method of maidenhead repair is simple and applicable, with positive effects. It is an ideal technique of maidenhead repair.
