摘要
目的:探讨加替沙星眼用凝胶的制备及其质量控制的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定加替沙星眼用凝胶中加替沙星的含量。结果:加替沙星的紫外最大吸收波长为292nm,在2.4-6.4μg/mL范围内吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为(c=11.0670A-0.0512,r=0.9995,平均回收率为(100.20±1.33)%。结论:加替沙星眼用凝胶的制备工艺合理,质量控制方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To investigate the technological process of preparation and the method of quality control of the gati-floxacin gel for eye use. Methods: UV spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of the gatifloxacin. Results: The standard curve of ultraviolet absorption of gatifloxacin was linear in the range of 2. 4-6.4 μg/mL. The regression e-quation was c=11.0670 A-0.0512, r=0. 9995. The average recovery rate was (100.20±1.33)%. Conclusion: The technological process of preparation of gatifloxacin gel for eye use is reasonable. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control analysis of the gatifloxacin gel for eye use.
