摘要
对Mg-Ce-Zn-Zr合金的显微组织进行了观察研究,通过XRD分析、光学显微(OM)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明:Mg12Ce及Mg17Ce2相铸态时主要存在于晶界,存在于晶界的稀士相Mg12Ce能显著提高合金的再结晶温度,阻碍晶界迁移.因而能提高合金高温机械性能,该合金在热挤压后没有发现明显动态再结晶发生.
Microstructure of Mg-2.0Ce-0.7Zn-0.7Zr alloy is studied in this paper.The XRD analysis reveals that the main phase in the alloy is α-Mg,Mg_(12)Ce and Mg_(17)Ce_2 phase.The SEM and OM microstructure of the alloy shows that Mg_(12)Ce and MgZn phase mainly exist in grain boundaries.The fine phase of Mg_(12)Ce can apparently elevate recrystallization temperature by means of preventing the grain boundary migration,and improve the room and elevate temperature properties.No dynamic recrystallization appears after hot-extrusion.
