摘要
本文主要介绍了基因疫苗组成、接种方法、免疫机制及增强基因免疫的途径,详细阐述了基因疫苗的应用及其优越性和发展前景。
In this review the components,delivery systems,mechanisms and its enhancement immune response of genetic vaccine were elucidated.The application and development advance of gene vaccine were expouneded in detail.
