摘要
目的:观察钛板加强固定的骨髓基质细胞(bonemarrowstromalcells,BMSCs)和珊瑚复合物修复股骨缺损的能力。方法:实验于2001-06/2002-03在第四军医大学口腔医学院颌面外科实验室完成。体外培养兔BMSC经扩增,诱导分化后复合同种异体松质骨基质,植入自体股骨缺损区,修复骨缺损,钛板固位和加强,植入6,12周后经观察骨形成情况。结果:BMSC和珊瑚复合物有很强的成骨作用,实验组经组织学染色证实有新骨形成。结论:钛板加强的BMSC和珊瑚可诱导修复兔股骨缺损,为组织工程方法修复临床骨缺损提供了新的思路。
AIM:To observe the ability of bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) and coral composites strengthened by titanium plank in the repair of bone defect.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Department of Maillofacial Surgery,College of Stomatology,Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from June 2001 to March 2002.The rabbits' BMSCs cultured in vitro were combined with allogenic cancellous bone matrix(CBM) after they were amplified,induced and differentiated,so as to form the composites of BMSCs and allogenic CBM,which were transplanted into the autogenic femur defects to repair the bone defects.The titanium plank was used to strengthen the composites and to assist the fixation.Six and twelve weeks after transplantation,histological examination was employed to observe the status of bone formation.RESULTS:The BMSCs and coral composites appeared to have strong osteogenesic effect.In the experimental group,new bone formation could be seen after histological staining.CONCLUSION:BMSCs and coral composites strengthened by titanium plank can be introduced to repair femur defects effectively,which provides a new clinical approach to the repair of bone defect by the means of tissue engineering.
